Hoffman has hired land acquisition specialist David Capel and partner Cameron Fowler to manage residential land deals in Sacramento, the San Francisco Bay Area, the Central Valley and along the Central Coast.

Madding spent 22 years with the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation.

Vetter, who began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2003 as a specialist in multi-family investment sales, most recently held the position of associate vice president investments.

Previously Volen held the position of associate vice president investments. He began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2004 as an office and industrial property investment sales specialist.

He will share responsibility for overseeing RFR’s six million-square-foot commercial leasing portfolio with fellow executive vice president and co-director of leasing Richard Farley.

Throughout his career, Rattner has sourced and developed nearly four million square feet of retail and mixed-use projects and in 2008 founded Blue Sky Holdings, a private real estate investment advisory firm focusing on retail and multi-family acquisitions.

Firoozabadi most recently served as associate vice president investments. He received the designation in 2008.
