With a 6,000-square-foot ballroom, 2,400-square-foot junior ballroom, three meeting rooms, the proposed hotel will be equipped to host both conferences and special events, such as weddings. The Residences will offer oceanfront and ocean-view homes on one-third to one-half acre sites, that will feature Mexican hacienda-style architecture and interiors, which blends Spanish colonial with Mediterranean influences like Tuscan architecture. The Residences will offer an array of floor plans ranging from 4,430 to 6,400 square feet, and will offer views of the oceans and mountains.
