Luxury Finishes

The property will feature premier finishes such as luxe plank flooring, quartz countertops, euro-style cabinets, stainless steel appliances and opulent bathrooms. What’s more, the building will also feature smart technologies, such as in-wall USB outlets. According to Century West Partners, the property will have a Walk Score of 93.

“Lincoln Collection will bring an Urban Village to the very tight Santa Monica rental market, offering renters some of the most remarkable amenities and modern luxury finishes,” said Steven Fifield, principal & co-founder of Century West Partners, in prepared remarks. “We are excited to start construction on this project.”

Colorado Avenue, Metro Blue Line at 4th Street and the Big Blue Bus—the local rapid transit service—are all easily accessible from the property.
