Company 2-10 HBW, a provider of new home structural warranties, moved its headquarters to 13900 E. Harvard Ave. in Aurora, Colo., a thriving Denver submarket. The 74,000-square-foot building will be the new home of the company’s employee base of 350 people, which is expected to grow to 450.

The office space has been recently renovated and now includes several community breakrooms, wellness rooms and coffee bars. Architecture firm Acquilano Leslie completed the design and Howell Construction led the improvement works.

A highly visible location

The three-story building is very close to RTD’s new Iliff light rail station and can be easily reached from Interstate 225. Built in 1985, it last changed hands in 2014 in a $3.8 million transaction, according to Propertyshark data.

Across the street from the office building is an Extended Stay America and on the other side of the interstate is a DoubleTree by Hilton. The company’s employees will be less than 20 miles from downtown Denver. The property is also located close to several residential communities and dining venues.
