Hilton Worldwide and DoubleTree by Hilton have opened another hotel in Greater Cincinnati. The DoubleTree by Hilton Lawrenceburg is located at 51 Walnut St. in Lawrenceburg, Ind.
The nine-story hotel is owned and managed by Indiana Gaming Co., L.L.C. It was developed at a cost of $50 million at the city’s multi-purpose Lawrenceburg Event Center.
DoubleTree by Hilton Lawrenceburg has 168 guest rooms and numerous amenities, including free WiFi, a 24-hour fitness center, a 24-hour business center and a sophisticated, two-story lobby. Its location in downtown Lawrenceburg places it close to many attractions, like the Hollywood Casino, a riverboat gambling complex also owned by Indiana Gaming.
The adjacent Lawrenceburg Event Center provides 37,500 square feet of meeting space. According to DoubleTree by Hilton, its grand ballroom can accommodate up to 350 guests and can also be divided into three separate rooms.
“We look forward to welcoming guests into our stunning new property and delivering the award-winning service culture for which the DoubleTree by Hilton brand is known around the world,” Aubri St. Pierre, general manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton Lawrenceburg, said in a statement.
The new Lawrenceburg property is the fourth DoubleTree in the Tri-State area. John Greenleaf, global head of DoubleTree by Hilton, said that the property ”not only adds to our growing presence in the market, it also showcases our commitment to providing the wide-ranging services and amenities that we know business and leisure travelers want.”
