ABN AMRO Holdings USA signed a lease renewal and expansion for a total of 54,037 square feet with SL Green Realty Corp. at 100 Park Ave. in Manhattan. The transaction includes the extension of the existing 43,148-square-foot lease, with an additional 10,889 square feet of space added for a 10-plus year term.
