Accenture Opens Technology Delivery Center in Nashville

Accenture’s second Tennessee location will add more than 250 technology-related jobs to the area.

Nashville, Tenn.Accenture recently opened a new technology delivery center in Nashville. The facility is Accenture’s second Tennessee location, having already established a Knoxville office in 2013. The new delivery center will serve clients across industries with a preliminary focus on the public sector, including state and local government, as well as financial services, hospitality and healthcare.

“Our investment in Nashville and plans for future expansion reflects our continued commitment to better serve our clients, locally and globally,” stated Julie Sweet, Accenture’s group chief executive – North America. “We are excited to recruit top technology talent from Nashville and beyond, as well as to add to the economic growth and development of the region and in Tennessee.”

Accenture’s team in Nashville will start with an initial staff of 25 people and plans to grow to 250 hires or more. The company seeks to attract future employees from the area’s growing pool of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) talent, including U.S. military veterans. Currently, 25 percent of Accenture’s Nashville employees are military veterans.
