ATCO Appoints New Managing Director

With more than 20 years of industry experience, William Carr will provide tenant representation services for the firm's Manhattan portfolio.

ATCO Brokerage Services has selected William Carr as its newest managing director in Manhattan. In his new role, he will serve as exclusive leasing agent for two of the firm’s most notable buildings in its Manhattan real estate portfolio, in addition to tenant representation services.

William’s deep understanding of the Manhattan commercial real estate market will be an asset to our company as we continue to advance our successful leasing campaign at 373 and 381 Park Avenue South,” ATCO Co-President Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman said in a prepared statement.

Carr has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the new post. He previously served as an associate real estate broker at Douglas Elliman Commercial from 2014 to 2018, where he did landlord agency work and tenant representation. Between 1996 and 2014, he negotiated more than 500,000 square feet of leases at Williamson, Picket, Gross Inc. Additionally, he holds a B.A. in political science in real estate from Villanova University.
