Bellwether Closes Refi for Charlotte Music Factory

Charlotte, N.C.—Bellwether Enterprise recently closed a loan for the refinancing of a landmark mixed-use asset in Charlotte, N.C. Bellwether Enterprise arranged the financing for AvidXchange Music Factory through Cantor Commercial Real Estate Lending.
Located in downtown Charlotte, AvidXchange Music Factory boasts 120,000 square feet of office space and 140,000 square feet of restaurant, bar and entertainment space. In addition, the property includes a 5,000-person open-air amphitheater.
