NB Development Group has signed a 98,000-square-foot lease with audio equipment manufacturer and distributor Bose Corp. The tenant will occupy several floors within Boston Landing, a 14-acre mixed-use campus in Boston, developed in a partnership with HYM Investment Group. Bose is expected to start moving to Boston Landing in summer 2018.

Bose will relocate to 80 Guest St., a 486,000-square-foot, 10-story mixed-use building comprising 230,000 square feet of office space, the 55,000-square-foot Warrior Ice Arena—which is the official practice facility of the Boston Bruins—12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and three levels of garage parking.

Boston Landing is also the home of the Celtics and New Balance. A newly constructed rail station makes the area easily accessible, as do multiple bus stations, shuttles and a Hubway bike-sharing station. The property is bounded by shops, restaurants, retailers and hotels.

McCall & Almy brokered the transaction on behalf of the tenant, while Transwestern’s Steve Purpura and Perry Beal represented the landlord, in association with NB’s Jim Halliday, Bob Graham, Erin Harvey and Keith Craig.

The Bose transaction brings our 80 Guest St. property to near 100 percent leased and puts its imprint on the transformative nature and innovative spirit that is Boston Landing as the western gateway into Boston,” NB Development Managing Director Jim Halliday said in a prepared statement.
