Hair and skin care product manufacturer C-Care is expanding its manufacturing operations in the Baltimore region. CAG USA, Inc., C-Care’s parent company, recently acquired two properties in Curtis Bay and Linthicum for its subsidiary. The total cost of the two acquisitions was $6.7 million.

CBRE represented the buyer in both acquisitions. The CBRE team included Alan Grace, Ketch Secor, and Ryan Engles. They worked with Kevin Kavanagh, CAG’s Chief Financial Officer, on the two deals.

The Curtis Bay facility is located at 7525 Perryman Court. It is an industrial building, with 60,000 square feet of space. CAG purchased the property for $4.1 million from Exeter Properties. The company intends to fully occupy this building. It will be used to store C-Care’s product containers ready for labeling, filling and packaging.

CAG purchased the second building, located at 981 Corporate Blvd., for $2.6 million, from the Lincoln Property Company. The asset offers 35,500 square feet of office space. CAG will only occupy half of it, at most. 981 Corporate Blvd. will be used to house C-Care’s growing administrative functions which will relocate from an existing facility. CBRE will market the remaining space in the building to nearby office tenants including government contractors.
