Cawley Chicago Facilitates 3 Office Leases in the O’Hare Market

Cawley Chicago has added three more tenants to the O’Hare Offices campus in Des Plaines, Ill. The company facilitated leases totaling 17,432 square feet. CBRE’s Andrew Kaplan represented architecture and engineering firm Kellermeyer Godfryt Hart, which will occupy 10,153 square feet at the building. Kevin Segerson and Dan Graham, also with CBRE, worked on behalf of distribution company RelaDyne, which will lease 6,346 square feet.
Cawley will also be occupying space at the property. The company’s office will span about 1,000 square feet, with the team of brokers working in-house for Cawley including Ryan Freed, Tony Russo and Rawly Lantz.

Located at 1111 E. Touhy Ave., the five-story structure is one of the three buildings of O’Hare Offices campus. Spanning across 28 acres, the property provides a total of 450,000 square feet of office space. The campus is along the commercial and retail corridor on Touhy Avenue, adjacent to Lake Opeka, offering immediate access to Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicagoland’s expressway system.
According to Yardi Matrix data, the three new tenants will occupy space in a building completed in 1977 that encompasses nearly 150,000 square feet. Dante Monteverde acquired it from Pearlmark in 2009 for $7 million. The property was 52 percent occupied as of May, with the tenant roster including United Therapies, Technology Advisors, Great Lakes Representatives, Kirkwood and Donlan Goldman & Roth.
