CBRE Arranges Atlanta Creative Office Lease

CBRE has completed a new lease on behalf of Redtail Technology at Ellsworth Office Lofts, a Class A property encompassing 80,977 square feet of creative office and retail space in Atlanta’s West Midtown neighborhood. The new offices, where Redtail will more than double its customer service team, will serve as the company’s East Coast headquarters.
Located at 1460 and 1510 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd., Ellsworth Office Lofts comprises three buildings: two converted facilities originally constructed in 1954 and 1964, currently consisting of 31,340 and 49,637 square feet of creative office space, and a 9,840-square-foot property developed in 2017 to accommodate restaurants Bacchanalia and Star Provisions Market & Café.
Redtail is relocating from 111 S. Broad St. S.W. in Rome, Ga., and will occupy 12,800 square feet of space at Ellsworth Office Lofts. The property is dog- and eco-friendly and provides bike parking, electric charging stations for cars and direct access to private outdoor space. According to Yardi Matrix, Origin Investments paid $22.9 million for the asset in late 2017.
CBRE First Vice President Christian Devlin represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Construction on the company’s Atlanta office will commence immediately, with completion scheduled by the summer. Redtail, a provider of client relationship management solutions for financial services firms, will move 50 employees into its new headquarters.
