CBRE has appointed Scott Correale and Patty Nooney as managing directors in Broward and Palm Beach, Fla. In these new positions, Correale and Nooney will be supervising the company’s local operations. They will both be reporting to Arden Karson, senior managing director for the South Florida region.

“South Florida is an incredibly dynamic region, with each county having its own identity and defined market fundamentals,” said Karson, in prepared remarks. “The markets are growing at unprecedented rates and our professionals are effectively expanding our footprint throughout the region. In recent months, we’ve had multiple promotions and new hires joining our South Florida team.”
