CBRE welcomed a new addition to its Advisory & Transaction Services team based in Nashville, Tenn. Noble Judy joins the company as an associate, expanding CBRE’s office tenant representation. He will be working as a part of a team with more than 60 years of combined experience alongside Senior Vice Presidents Harrison Johnson and Ken Leiser, and Senior Associate Sarah Pettigrew.

Judy joins the firm from Metropolitan Property Management, where he was the owner and specialized in residential condominium management. He acquired extensive industry experience in the wealth management and property management businesses for the past decade. Additionally, Judy formerly worked at UBS Financial Services where he served as a financial advisor.

Strong tenant activity

“As the Nashville market is experiencing a healthy vacancy just above eight percent this is a great time to welcome Noble to the team,” said Steve Kulinski, CBRE managing director, in a prepared statement. “With three new Class A buildings and active tenant activity, Noble’s ability to understand both sides of a transaction, with an eye for what makes a building great and where improvements can be made for a marketable asset for tenants and landlords, brings a new perspective.”

Judy is a native of Nashville, Tenn. and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Furman University in Greenville, S.C.
