CBRE to Market Fort Lauderdale-Area Facility

CBRE has landed the exclusive assignment to market the Tamarac Corporate Headquarters, a Class A, 46,704-square-foot flex property in Tamarac, Fla. The building is listed for sale or for lease. CBRE is working on behalf of owner DeraPropertiesFL LLC.

Senior Vice President Tom O’Loughlin, Vice President Larry Genet and Senior Vice President David Wigoda are leading the marketing efforts with a $7.9 million asking price or $13 per square foot triple net lease. According to public records, the asset last traded for $7 million in 2004.

“With the high-end exterior and the caliber of office and warehouse space that this facility offers, the building is perfect as a corporate headquarters for local or national firms; we are excited to bring the Tamarac Corporate Headquarters property into a vibrant, low-vacancy market,” said Genet in a prepared statement.

Situated at 6401 Nob Hill Road just off of Commercial Boulevard and the Sawgrass Expressway, Tamarac Corporate Headquarters was completed in 2005 and includes a 20,745-square-foot warehouse. Its location is ideal for utilization of the Sawgrass Expressway, which intersects with SW 10th St. to the north and Interstate 595 to the south.
