Easterly Government Properties Inc. has tapped Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer to oversee property management services for one of its office assets in North Charleston, S.C. The 86,733-square-foot building had previously been managed directly by the owner.

Located at 3950 Faber Place Drive, the property is situated near Interstate 526, enabling convenient access throughout the Charleston area. Charleston’s public bus service operates a stop adjacent to the property. The four-story office building sits within the Executive Park at Faber Place and is fully leased to the U.S. government and Sharing Hope SC. The list of tenants at the Executive Park at Faber Place includes the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Health & Human Services, Palmetto Family Home Care and Moneypenny.

Constructed in 1994, the building changed hands most recently when Easterly acquired the property from Oceanside Resorts for $13.5 million near the end of 2010, according to Yardi Matrix. The building earlier sold for $11.5 million in 2005, when Oceanside purchased the asset from Korridor Capital.

This past October in Atlanta, Cushman & Wakefield was selected to manage a mid-rise office asset.
