Josh Cleveland has joined Clairvue Capital Partners as a partner. A former director of business development at Liquid Realty Partners, Cleveland will be working with fellow principal Jeff Granoff in the New York office.

According to Clairvue founding partner Jeffrey Giller, Cleveland is a welcome addition to the firm. He added that the intention is to draw from past experience as secondaries investors to begin pursuing opportunities in that market; Cleveland’s experience in this field is valued, he said.

Cleveland has 15 years of experience in the real estate, private equity and capital markets in the U.S. and globally. He has established a track record in sourding both investment opportunities and investor capital. At Liquid Realty Partners, he was key in sourcing new real estate private equity securities investments while assisting with capital-raising activities.

The second senior professional to join Clairvue in the last six months, Cleveland is part of a series of team additions that the firm has planned as it continues to expand. It has committed more than $100 million to real estate fund and platform-level recapitalizations in the last year.
