Colliers Appointed to Provide Property Management for Landmark Office Building

Colliers International has been retained by Hendricks Commercial to provide property management services for the historic 154,000-square-foot Century Building in downtown Indianapolis.

IndianapolisColliers International | Indianapolis has announced that Hendricks Commercial Properties has awarded Colliers property management services for the Century Building, a 154,000-square-foot historic office building in downtown Indianapolis.

The eight-story property is located at 36 South Pennsylvania St., directly across from Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Key tenants include Salesforce and popular dining establishments Tin Roof, Coaches Tavern, O’Reilly’s Irish Bar and Pearl Street Pizza.

Audrey Lawson, senior property manager, has assumed oversight of the building along with Eric VanDeventer, chief engineer.

The Colliers office leasing team of Rich Forslund and Matt Langfeldt, executive vice presidents, manage the property’s marketing and leasing on behalf of the owner.

Based in Beloit, Wis., HCP owns a 12 million-square-foot portfolio across 39 states, which includes industrial, office, retail, multifamily and development land holdings. The company purchased the Century Building in early 2015 from Zeller Realty Group.

Colliers Indianapolis currently manages 15 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail commercial real estate properties in the central Indiana region.
