Colliers, CoreNET Global Partner Join Forces on Benchmarking

Colliers International and CoreNet Global have come together to form the first BenchCoRE-Service Provider benchmarking agreement.

Colliers International and CoreNet Global have come together to form the first BenchCoRE-Service Provider benchmarking agreement. Colliers will enhance its Colliers 360 dashboard and analytics technology with the data services of CoreNet’s BenchCORE benchmarking service.

The Colliers 360 technology platform provides clients with a customized web portal to manage corporate real estate and facilities activity and measure performance in an effort to make well-informed decisions. Its offerings include proactive location scoring, transaction and project effectiveness, savings identification, strategic planning on workplace strategy, among others.

But adding BenchCoRE to the mix takes Colliers 360 to the next level. Once the user inputs cost, size and personnel information for their properties, BenchCoRE validates the data and uploads it with consistent proprietary  definitions and algorithms, after which the user can create 18 standard reports–from cost as a percentage of revenue to revenue per square-foot to seat occupancy–based on combinations of geography, ownership type, occupancy status and the like.

“BenchCoRE’s data will add another layer of benchmarking and insights that prior to now has been very difficult for any major occupier of real estate to relate to their specific situation,” Scott Nelson, president, corporate solutions, with Colliers International, said in a prepared statement.
