Commerce Street Appoints New VP

Commerce Street Capital (CSC), an investment banking firm, announced the appointment of Annika Cail as vice president. Cail will manage the process and strategy development for the company’s corporate investment banking group, valuation practice and private equity team. She will also oversee efforts to grow the CSC’s peak advisors division, which provides quality retirement plan solutions.

“Annika’s deep knowledge of business management for corporate and private equity transactions will be a valuable asset to our clients across multiple areas of our business,” Dory Wiley, president & CEO of CSC, said in prepared remarks.

Most recently, Cail served as director of marketing and business development at 24Q, where she was responsible for strategic C-level advisory, corporate brand management and business-to-business communications across middle market portfolio companies. Prior to that, she founded 521 Events, where she worked for five years as event consultant, planning corporate and private events.

Additionally, Cail serves on the board of directors for the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth and Lee Park & Arlington Hall Conservancy. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in communications studies and public relations from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Cail is also a registered financial representative and has passed the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 examinations.
