- Aug 24, 2018
Compass, a tech-savvy residential real estate firm, has launched a commercial division for the company dubbed Compass Commercial. Investment Property Sales Brokers Adelaide Polsinelli and Ronda Rogovin created the division, leading a team that also includes agents Mitchell Goldstick and Trystan Polsinelli.
“Compass is a visionary company,” Adelaide Polsinelli told Commercial Property Executive. “With Compass Commercial, the successful, technology-led platform that the company has used in residential brokerage will now be unleashed in the investment sales world. I’m thrilled to be on the ground floor of this opportunity.”
Decades of experience
Adelaide Polsinelli brings more than 30 years of experience to the position, having sold more than 1,400 properties across the multifamily, retail, office, development, note sales, air rights, partnership interest, unsold shares and retail condo sectors, valued at more than $20 billion. Within the last six years, she has sold more than $1.4 billion spanning across the New York City, Miami, Boston, and Chicago metros.
Rogovin has nearly 40 years of experience with New York City and tri-state commercial real estate. She specializes in the sale and acquisition of several commercial asset types. Over the course of her career, Rogovin sold 1,000 properties including residential, office, retail shopping centers, condominiums, air rights, loft buildings and unsold condo and co-op units.
Compass plans to expand throughout its existing markets by opening 70 new offices in 2018. The firm is currently located in New York, the Greater Boston area, San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, The Hamptons, N.Y., Montecito, Calif., Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Dallas, Orange County, Calif., Santa Barbara, Calif., and Aspen, Colo.
