Earlier this year, Compass Self Storage entered the Nashville market with the acquisition of four self-storage centers totaling 212,000 net rentable square feet. The company also entered Massachusetts and expanded in Philadelphia with the acquisition of its third location.

Compass now operates 69 self-storage facilities nationwide and plans to continue the acquisition of quality storage properties in select markets.
