Crocker Leases 34,000 SF at Boca’s Mizner Park

Leasing activity is brisk at the Mizner Park Office Tower and Plaza Real Offices in downtown Boca Raton.

Leasing activity is brisk at the Mizner Park Office Tower and Plaza Real Offices in downtown Boca Raton, Florida. In the four months since Crocker Partners was named exclusive leasing agent for the property, it has toted up 34,781 square feet in new leases and renewals.

Mizner Park includes the 164,000-square-foot, Class A Mizner Park Office Tower at 225 N.E. Mizner Boulevard and 103,000 square feet of Plaza Real professional office suites located above Mizner Park’s retail shops. In a single city block, the property encompasses 45 shops and restaurants, 272 residences, and entertainment and cultural spots such as the Mizner Park Cinema, the Boca Raton Museum of Art and the Centre for the Arts Count deHoernle Ampitheater. It is owned by General Growth Properties.

According to senior vice president of leasing Jon Blunk, current market conditions are favorable to position for the future.

Leases at Mizner Park included 14,352 square feet taken by private equity firm Brockway Moran & Partners; 5,928 square feet taken by trading firm Echo Trade; and 3,660 square feet taken by investment banking and securities brokerage firm West Park Capital.
