Crossman & Co. Opens 6th US Office

The company launched its newest location in southern Charlotte, N.C. Crossman also has offices in Atlanta and Florida.

Crossman & Co., a company that exclusively serves retail landlords, has opened its sixth office in the U.S. The firm expanded to Charlotte, N.C., by leasing space at Fairview Plaza. Crossman has other offices in Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Boca Raton and Tampa, Fla.

Located at 5950 Fairview Road, the company’s newest office is part of a three-building complex in the metro’s Southpark submarket. According to Yardi Matrix data, Fairview Plaza features 311,500 square feet of office space, 1,014 parking spaces and a fitness center.

Crossman & Co.’ s new Charlotte office enables the firm to serve its clients in both North and South Carolina. Jill Ecuyer, a senior leasing associate with extensive knowledge of the Carolinas market, runs the new office. Ecuyer has more than two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Currently, Crossman & Co. directs a portfolio of more than 400 shopping centers encompassing 28 million square feet under leasing and management in seven states.

“The Carolinas are a critical market for our clients. Opening our latest office in Charlotte underscores and strengthens our commitment to our existing clients and our desire to help more clients in the region grow their portfolios. We recognize that Charlotte is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country,” said John Crossman, the company’s CEO, in prepared remarks.
