Cush & Wake DC Team Welcomes Two Senior Directors

Tina Weaver and Earl Segal have a solid reputation in tenant representation. The industry experts will play a key role in Cushman & Wakefield’s strategy in the D.C. metro area.

Cushman & Wakefield announced the expansion of its Washington D.C. tenant representation team with two new senior directors: Tina Weaver and Earl Segal. They both previously occupied senior vice president positions at The Ezra Co. and they bring a vast expertise to the company.

Weaver and Segal will focus on and provide strategic and cost effective solutions to meet the needs of various real estate occupiers including law firms, trade associations and nonprofits.

Weaver has advised clients and supervised execution of real estate transactions for more than 25 years, having closed more than $500 million worth of real estate deals during her tenure. Her most recent role was senior vice president at CBRE, prior to which she handled relocations, subleases, sales and terminations as senior vice president for Ezra. Weaver is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington, D.C. and of the Commercial Real Estate Women of Washington, D.C.

Segal has more than 40 years of experience in real estate leasing, purchase, sale and financing transactions. Prior to his role as senior vice president at The Ezra Co., he was a partner in the international law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. His community leadership roles are related to organizations such as Goodwill of Greater Washington, the Maryland Association of NonProfit Organizations, the Greater Washington Board of Trade.
