C&W Awarded WPB Office Leasing Assignment

The business park boasts a diverse tenant mix, including the United States Polo Association, Paychex North America, Earthlink and Mutual of America.

Colonnade Properties has retained Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive leasing advisor of Centrepark, a nine-building office portfolio totaling 479,145 square feet in West Palm Beach, Fla. Managing Principal Mark Pateman and Managing Director Anthony Librizzi will lead the five-member team tasked with the leasing assignment.

Centrepark encompasses a mix of single-story, mid-rise and high-rise office buildings located at 1400, 1450 and 1475 Centrepark Blvd.; 1720 and 1801 Centrepark Drive East; 2101, 2301 and 2400 Centrepark West Drive; and 1661 Worthington Road. Amenities include an on-site fitness center and café, garage and surface parking in a campus-like setting.

“As downtown office space becomes more expensive, we are excited to offer a best-in-class office environment with the best access but at half the price of competitive properties in the CBD,” Librizzi said in a prepared statement.

Diverse tenancy

The office campus is home to notable tenants including the United States Polo Association, Paychex North America, Earthlink, Mutual of America, Brown & Caldwell, Weitz Co. and Labcorp. Additionally, SV Microwave and Seacrest Services are the latest additions to the office park’s tenant roster.

Centrepark is situated immediately west of the city’s central business district and directly north of Palm Beach International Airport, and it is close to Interstate 95. Planned SkyBike stations will offer tenants access to West Palm Beach’s Warehouse District, which is less than one mile east of the campus.
