Baker Distribution leased the final 16,474-square-foot industrial space available in Building One. Cushman & Wakefield began leasing the campus back in 2008.

Cushman & Wakefield negotiated a 16,474-square-foot industrial lease at Boynton Commerce Center with Baker Distribution Co., bringing the warehouse and distribution campus to full occupancy. The 18.9-acre site is located at 1800, 1900, 2000 and 2100 Corporate Drive, in Boynton Beach, Fla. Executive Directors Christopher Thomson, Chris Metzger, Richard Etner Jr. and Director Matthew McAllister represented Principal Real Estate Investors in the transaction.

The 295,597-square-foot campus comprises four, single-story buildings that offer 18 to 24-foot clear heights, a mix of dock-high and grade-level doors, punch-outs for additional doors, an ESFR fire safety system, built-to-suit space and parking.

Baker Distribution leased the final space available in Building One at 1800 Corporate Drive. The space features 24-foot clear heights, 2,400 square feet of office space, three dock-high-doors, one oversized ramp and an ESFR fire safety system.

Cushman & Wakefield began leasing the campus in 2008, which houses other tenants such as Quantachrome Instruments, Pepperidge Farm, Grafton Private Label Cosmetics, Innovative Window Concepts and AP+M.

“Boynton Commerce Center is an ideal warehouse and distribution location for companies looking to tap into the dynamic South Florida market,” said Thomson, in prepared remarks. “The center’s immediate access to Interstate 95 and Principal Real Estate Investors’ expert stewardship have been vital to the operational success of this asset.”
