Daum Commercial Inks SoCal Lease

Summit Financial Consultants leased a Class A property at Westlake Park Place, an eight-building office complex situated on a 27-acre site in the Conejo Valley.

Daum Commercial has arranged a 6,090-square-foot lease for the final building constructed at Westlake Park Place. Mike Foxworthy of Daum Commercial represented the tenant, Summit Financial Consultants Inc., which will relocate in April 2017. Listing agents Craig Cahow and Mike Foxworthy of Daum Commercial represented the landlord, Westlake Plaza Center East II LLC.

Located at 3075 Townsgate Road, Westlake Village, Calif., just off Route 101, the three-story asset was built in 2016 and is owned by Amstar. The 60,381-square-foot property is part of Westlake Park Place, an eight-building office complex situated on a 27-acre site in the Conejo Valley. The Class A mid-rise suburban complex utilizes Mediterranean-style architecture surrounding a park-like core.

“The transaction reflects the current strength of the Ventura County office market, which is demonstrating solid activity levels as employment in the area steadily grows. As jobs are added, we will see increasingly lower vacancies, driving strong competition for premier office properties in the burgeoning Westlake Village business district,” said Foxworthy in prepared remarks.
