Donna Wilkins Moves Up the Ladder at Westmount

Donna Wilkins will oversee due diligence processes of acquisition, disposition and loan transactions on behalf of the company.

DallasWestmount Realty Capital recently named a new director–due diligence & closing for the company. Donna Wilkins, CCIM, will now oversee due diligence on behalf of Westmount.

In her new role, Wilkins will oversee the due diligence processes of acquisition, disposition and loan transactions for multiple commercial property types, including industrial and multifamily. She will continue to manage the purchase and sale contract review, oversee all closing processes and assess all third party contracts, negotiations and reports. Since joining the firm in October 2015, Wilkins has closed 2 million square feet of acquisition transactions, totaling $118 million.

“We are focused on procuring value-add industrial, office and multifamily properties and Donna’s wealth of knowledge has helped us grow our portfolio over the past year,” said Clifford Booth, president of Westmount, in prepared remarks.

Wilkins has more than 27 years of experience in closing procedures, due diligence and property management in the commercial real estate sector. Prior to joining Westmount, she was the due diligence manager for Behringer in Addison, Texas for 10 years. While at Behringer, she closed 4.2 million square feet of acquisition transactions totaling $2.5 billion for various funds. Wilkins achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Manager title in 2009.
