Dual-Technology Occupancy and Vacancy Sensors

These in-wall and ceiling-mount sensors use passive infrared and ultrasonic technologies to monitor virtually any area within a building. They work with any lighting type, including LED, and can be installed in retrofit and new construction. They have a 5 A electronic ballast rating, meet the NEMA 410 standard and are Title 20 compliant. They can manage lighting in partitioned bathrooms, open areas with cubicles, storage rooms and libraries. Adjustable features include PIR sensitivity, time delay (15 seconds to 30 minutes) and ambient light sensor override.
