4PX Express USA, a 3PL focused on eCommerce fulfillment and logistics solutions, has signed a lease with Duke Realty to fully occupy its ePort 1000 warehouse in Perth Amboy, N.J. Duke purchased the asset last November as part of a 3.1 million-square-foot industrial portfolio, which included six buildings and two development sites.

Located at 1000 High St., the property comprises 354,250 square feet and is one of three new industrial buildings within ePort Logistics Center. The asset offers features such as a 130-foot truck court, 36-foot clear height, 63 dock doors, 44-foot to 55-foot column spacing, parking for 218 cars and 117 trailers, and two drive-in doors. The building is located right off of Interstate 287 and east of Interstate 95.

“4PX Express had been looking for a larger facility for their operations for several months. We were pleased to learn of their space needs and be able to propose our new ePort warehouse as a solution,” said Ben Rosen, vice president of leasing and development for Duke Realty in New Jersey, in a prepared statement. “This building provides 4PX with the square footage they need for their growing operations, plus gives them a modern, first-class facility in an ideal location for eCommerce fulfillment in the New York metropolitan area.”

NAI James E. Hanson’s Ken Lundberg and ACJ International Realty’s Julie Huang represented 4PX Express in the lease deal. Rosen, along with Caitlin English and CBRE listing agents Thomas Monahan, Stephen D’Amato and Larry Schiffenhaus represented Duke Realty.
