Duke Realty Corp. recently announced plans to build Turnpike Crossing 6747, the third warehouse of the company’s planned six-building, 882,466-square-foot industrial park in West Palm Beach, Fla. The 166,392-square-foot facility is scheduled for completion in November.

Located at the intersection of Florida’s Turnpike and Jog Road, Turnpike Crossing offers convenient access to major South Florida ports and the Palm Beach International Airport. Turnpike Crossing 1315 and 1333, the first two buildings completed at the industrial park, total 122,400 and 102,850 square feet, respectively. The properties are fully leased to six companies.

“This new building will bring yet another large block of space to the market in a highly accessible and visible location that tenants can move into right away,” Ed Mitchell, regional senior vice president, said in a prepared statement.

Earlier this month, Duke Realty has expanded its South Florida portfolio with the acquisition of three industrial properties in the Hialeah Gardens submarket of Miami.
