Emaar Launches Sale of Dubai Luxury Residences
- May 30, 2013
Global property developer Emaar Properties PJSC has begun the sale of its newest residential project, Burj Vista II.
Located in Downtown Dubai, Burj Vista II is the second part of the two-tower Burj Vista luxury residential project on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, one of the central avenues of the emirate. The 20-story Burj Vista tower features 120 luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom units and amenities such as a business center, a fully-equipped fitness center, badminton court, half basketball court, separate adult swimming pool and children’s pool, multimedia hall, playroom, multiple lounges, including reading areas. The residential tower includes lush landscaping and several water features, while also implementing multiple sustainability features, in accordance with Emaar’s values of promoting a greener lifestyle across its residences. As such, Burj Vista I and II emphasize energy efficiency in common areas as well as within private residences. Units are made up of high-end finishes combining international design features with local touches, to create a sense of understated elegance. Opera-style terraces offer sweeping views of the Dubai skyline and downtown area. Local and international art will be featured throughout the property.
Registration for the units has already begun with the actual sale taking place on June 1 on a first-registered, first-served base. Interest in the property is not surprisingly expected to be high.
“Dubai’s market is witnessing unprecedented interest from both residents and visitors looking to purchase first and second homes in the Emirate,” Emaar Properties PJSC Managing Director Ahmad Al Matrooshi said in a prepared statement. “Building on the robust performance that our properties have recorded this year, we are further strengthening our portfolio of world-class residences.”
Such a high-performance project is the Burj Vista I, the first tower in the Burj Vista project. Featuring 520 residential units of one- to five-bedroom configurations across its 65 levels, it is identical in design and style to the now-launched second tower. Burj Vista I launched earlier this year. Both projects feature ground-level retail. According to zawya.com the average selling rate for Burj Vista I was 2,000 EAD (approximately USD$544) per square foot. The Burj Vista project is expected to complete in 2017.
The Burj Vista residential development is part of Emaar’s 500-acre Downtown Dubai “The Center of Now” mega development. Other projects within the groundbreaking undertaking include the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, The Address, The BLVD and Emaar Square among many others.
