Irvine, Calif.-based Essex Realty management has been tapped to manage the Zuma Business Center portfolio, which consists of three multi-tenant industrial and office business parks in Anaheim and Buena Park, Calif. It consists of 300,000 square feet and is owned by a party identified only as a long-term owner.
Currently 85 percent leased, the Zuma Business Park portfolio consists of a 175,000-square-foot industrial property in Anaheim, a 77,000-square-foot property in Buena Park, and a 46,000-square-foot property in Buena Park.
“Our client is the family that originally developed these properties and is planning to own these assets long-term as legacies for the family,” Essex principal and executive vice president Craig Ersek said when announcing the news. “This is why the owner was looking for a company that had a lot of experience with similar legacy owners and understood the long-term perspective of real estate ownership.”
Essex manages more than 16 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, medical and commercial properties throughout California. It serves the Sacramento, Ventura, Orange/Los Angeles Counties, the Inland Empire and San Diego County markets.
