Fortune 500 Company Inks 80KSF in San Antonio

The company leased 80,265 of the Enterprise Industrial's total 324,363 square feet. This new lease brings Building 2 to a 62 percent occupancy rate.

Robinson Weeks Partners closed a new lease with a Fortune 500 company at Enterprise Industrial – Building 2, located at 17745 Lookout Road in Schertz, Texas.

The company leased 80,265 of the building’s total 324,363 square feet. This new lease brings the asset to a 62 percent occupancy rate. Enterprise Industrial – Building 2 was completed in spring 2016 and offers a 32-foot clear cross dock design with dedicated trailer parking. The building is within the Titan Industrial Park – Schertz, a 124-acre master-planned park that features more than two million square feet of industrial space. Robinson Weeks Partners has developed the initial two buildings at Enterprise Industrial Park totaling 650,293 square feet and is under construction with its third building totaling 359,251 square feet.

Beaty Palmer Architects designed the building and Metropolitan Contracting Co. was the general contractor. Paul Barker of Endura Advisory Group represented the tenant and leasing is being handled by John Colglazier Jr. of Colglazier Properties.

“We continue to see strong demand from companies looking for Class A space along the I-35 corridor in northeast San Antonio. Notably, a significant portion of this demand is from companies new to San Antonio and from companies consolidating into more efficient space,” said David Welch, a partner with Robinson Weeks Partners, in prepared remarks.
