Forum Energy Technologies Inc. has renewed its 108,639-square-foot lease for its global headquarters in Houston. Transwestern Commercial Services secured the lease on behalf of Buchanan Street Partners, which owned the asset since 2017, according to Yardi Matrix data. CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.

Located at 10344 Sam Houston Park Drive, Sam Houston Crossing II is a 159,056-square-foot, Class A office building that was LEED certified by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2015. The property features frontage on Sam Houston Tollway as well as easy access to Northwest Freeway and Interstate 10. George Bush Intercontinental Airport is 20 miles away. According to Yardi Matrix data, the three-story asset was built in 2013 on an 8.4-acre parcel and has 754 parking spaces. Currently, the building is 100 percent occupied.

TCS Managing Director Doug Little and Vice President Louann Pereira provided leasing services on behalf of the owner, while CBRE’s Jeff Cairns, Bill Boyer and Steve Hesse represented the tenant.

Two weeks ago, Transwestern and CBRE brokers were part of a lease transaction involving a LEED Platinum-certified building in downtown Houston.
