Four Seasons B’more Lands New Manager

As a recently appointed regional vice president, Ilse Harley will also hold additional responsibilities for Atlanta, Miami. St. Louis and Baltimore hotels.

Four Seasons has named Ilse Harley as general manager of its 256-key Baltimore property. In addition, she has also been recently appointed regional vice president, which includes additional responsibilities for Four Seasons properties across Atlanta, Miami, St. Louis and Baltimore.  

A veteran of the hospitality industry, Harley has served Four Seasons for the past 18 years at several of the flag’s upscale locations, including Anguilla, Seattle, Hualalai, Maui, New York and Atlanta. Her appointment in Baltimore is her eighth with the company. She holds a bachelor of science degree in hotel, restaurant and travel administration from University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is a native of North Olmstead, Ohio.

Located at 200 International Drive, the 18-story Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore opened in 2011 and includes 45 suites, a 10,200-square-foot spa, more than 20,000 square feet of meeting rooms, two restaurants, two pools and fitness facilities. The property is located in the Harbor East area, within walking distance of many entertainment and dining options, and is also situated within walking distance of downtown points of interest.
