Austin’s newest office tower is fully leased. Colorado Tower, the 30-story, 373,000-square-foot Class A property developed by Cousins Properties Inc., is expected to reach stabilized occupancy in the first quarter of 2016.

The $126 million office building was delivered in January 2015, after approximately 18 months in development. When Cousins began construction, only 17 percent of the space was pre-leased. Its tenants include Parsley Energy Inc., Atlassian Inc., and Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr P.C.

“Austin continues to exceed our expectations,” Larry Gellerstedt, president & CEO of Cousins Properties said in a statement. “With Colorado Tower now 100 percent leased at rents which have grown over 35 percent since our initial leasing efforts began in 2012, this project represents another outstanding win for Cousins and our shareholders.”
