The Peachtree Corners submarket seems to be getting a lot of attention from large office tenants lately. Concentrix Corp. just joined the wave and signed a long-term lease for 55,000 square feet, two weeks after CPE reported about three tech companies choosing the same submarket for expansion.
Concentrix is a wholly owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation. It provides end-to-end customer engagement services, technology innovations, analytics, process optimization, and business improvements. The company has more than 54,000 employees in 24 countries.
Since the property at 3795 Data Drive was formerly used as a call center for multinational tech company Avaya, it already has substantial infrastructure in place. It is one of the few buildings in the area with Georgia Power’s proprietary Hi-Reli system, underground wiring that provides redundancy and increased reliability in the power supply. The asset is part of the Lakeside at Spalding Triangle office portfolio, which Glenfield Capital purchased in March of 2014. It includes four office buildings with a total of 258,547 square feet of high-tech suburban office space.
Vice President Clint Glover of CBRE represented Glenfield Capital in the transaction. Clover has been the lead broker on the property since its development.
