Greysteel to Serve as Advisor, Agent for B-More County Retail Center

BaltimoreGreysteel just announced that its Mid-Atlantic retail investment team led by Managing Director Gil Neuman was selected by Continental Realty Corp. as exclusive advisor and agent for the sale of a retail center located in Reisterstown, Maryland, within Baltimore County.

Sitting on 17.6 acres at the intersection of 501 Main St. and 2 Chartley Drive, the Chartley Park/Landmark Center totals a combined 144,028 square feet. The retail center was completed in 1959, having been recently renovated in 2008.

The property offers quick access to the Northwest Expressway/I-795, and is situated 30 minutes away from Downtown Baltimore and just an hour away from central Washington, D.C. Located in a dense trade area, the center reaches, within a 5-mile radius, 86,000 people with an average household income in excess of $96,500.

The Chartley Park/Landmark retail center is currently 94 percent occupied. The list of 41 national and regional businesses includes Brick Bodies, Family Dollar, M&T Bank, Citgo, the Advanced Veterinary Hospital, and Reter’s Crab House.
