Greysteel Expands Leadership Team

Yassi Ghasghai, Nicole Capobianco and Rebecca Wiley were promoted to vice-presidents and will co-manage the company's corporate operations and transaction support functions.

Greysteel has promoted Yassi Ghashghai, Nicole Capobianco and Rebecca Wiley to vice presidents. Together they bring more than 45 years of operations expertise. In their new role, Ghasghai, Capobianco and Wiley will be responsible for co-managing the corporate operations and transaction support functions of the company. Additionally, they will be senior members of Greysteel’s operations committee.

Yassi Ghasghai has been with the company since its inception in 2012. Ghashghai oversees innovation and initiatives including technology and process improvements across the platform. Ghashghai is also responsible for coordinating corporate events and conferences. She is a member of the Project Management Institute and of Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW). 

With 17 years of background in real estate, Capobianco is specialized in escrow management, brokerage and urban development. In her current position, she co-leads transaction services, collaborates with team members to facilitate and manage the production cycle for transactions and advisory services.

Rebecca Wiley serves as a co-leader of marketing services and she is responsible for the company’s corporate communications and for marketing transactions. Wiley has been involved with commercial real estate for more than 20 years. Her areas of experience include brand development, project management and product marketing, to name a few.
