The Christ Hospital Health Network is expanding its footprint in Greater Cincinnati. On Tuesday, July 7, the hospital announced that it will build a 125,000-square-foot medical center in Liberty Township. According to the Cincinnati Business Courier, the new medical center will be the second largest developed by the network to date, exceeded in size only by The Christ Hospital’s main campus in Mount Ashburn.
Scheduled to open in the winter of 2017, The Christ Hospital Medical Center—Liberty Township will include operating rooms, emergency rooms, radiology imaging and outpatient treatment. Services will range from primary care, orthopedics and cardiology to urology.
Brandicorp will develop the new building from designs by GBBN Architects of Cincinnati and Dallas-based HKS Inc. Dayton’s Danis Group is the construction manager, and Bayer Becker is serving as civil engineer.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for October. The project’s cost has not yet been determined.
