Hebron Properties, one of India’s premium real estate developers, has launched an ultra-luxury residential project near T.C. Palya in K.R. Puram in Bangalore.

Designed to seamlessly mix indoor and outdoor space, the Hebron Enclave venture brings Australian-like living standards to Bangalore. The architects of this project are FSH Design, and the award-winning Aussie architect Maxwell Barcham.

Nestled in the vicinity of the KR Puram lake, the new development features 71 luxurious bungalows spread across 11.5 acres of land. The company owns an additional 4.5 acres at the site, which it plans to develop at a later date.

The Hebron Enclave project offers two types of homes, Business class and Aristocratic bungalows. The former sits on a 3,300 square-foot parcel with more than 5,100 square feet of built-up area, while the latter offers more than 7,000 square feet of built-up space on a 6,300-square-foot plot.

Each Australian style villa features gearless elevators, Jacuzzi, a private sun deck, a separate study/office area on the second floor, as well as kitchenette space in the sky-lit master bedroom.

Outdoor amenities include a water creek with a jogging track around it, lush green gardens, landscaped lawns, a club-house with multi gym, a swimming pool and kiddy pool, basketball court, indoor badminton court, central laundry, a mini mart, and a children’s park and play area.

“Hebron Enclave brings to Bangalore Australian living with Indian aesthetics. The IGBC Platinum pre-certified project, the first of its kind in Bangalore, offers a lot of open spaces to residents”, Preenand Premachandran, Hebron Properties’ CEO said in a statement.

According to industry analysts, the city’s super luxury segment experiences a good momentum.

“Erstwhile Bangalore was all about sprawling bungalows in the lap of lush greenery. We are just returning the old world charm back to Bangalore, just that we have set it in modern settings,” Preenand added.

Bangalore is the capital of the Indian state of Karnataka. This growing metropolitan city is a well-known hub for India’s information technology sector, ranking among the top preferred entrepreneurial locations in the world.
