HFF Adds New Carolinas Director
- Apr 13, 2017

HFF is continuing to expand with the recent hiring of Hunter Barron as a director of its Carolinas office. Barron will be in charge of investment sales transactions.
Prior to joining HFF, Barron served as a senior associate at CBRE, where he specialized in land development opportunities and tenant representation throughout the Southeast. He worked for CBRE for 10 years, following graduation from Clemson University with a degree in financial management and an emphasis in real estate. HFF’s new Carolinas office director is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. He is also a licensed salesperson in the Carolinas.
“His addition to the existing Carolinas land team, consisting of senior managing director Justin Good and associate Sarah Godwin, will only augment our presence in the market,” said Ryan Clutter, senior managing director of HFF’s Carolinas office, in prepared remarks.
Earlier this year, HFF also added a new director at the company’s Denver office.
