- Jan 04, 2018
Quarry Creek Investors has sold Quarry Creek Plaza, a 15,690-square-foot retail center in Oceanside, a town 38 miles north of downtown San Diego.
The HFF retail investment advisory team led by Managing Director Gleb Lvovich and Mike Moser—partner at Retail Insite—negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. According to HFF, the property is 92.6 percent leased to a variety of internet-resistant tenants, including Jamba Juice, Subway, Los Tacos, Poki Poki, Supercuts, America Dry Clean, Happiness Nails and Smashburger. The center is shadow anchored by Albertsons, PetSmart and Kohl’s.
Located at 3460 and 3480 Marron Road, right across from a Walmart Supercenter, the property was completed in 2003. More than 119,318 residents earning an average annual household income of more than $93,000 live within a three-mile radius of the center.
“The sale of Quarry Creek Plaza represents investors’ continued interest in acquiring internet-resistant retail environments consisting of food and services tenants,” Lvovich said.
Last month, HFF arranged another grocery-anchored retail sale in North East, Md.
