Phoenix—HFF has expanded its Phoenix team with the appointment of Brad Miner as director. In his new role, Miner will be in charge of debt and equity placement transactions in Arizona, focusing on multi-housing, among other asset classes.

“HFF opened its Phoenix office this past summer and since then has been looking to identify and recruit local candidates that possess the same skills and fundamental character traits our culture embodies. Brad is a perfect fit and we could not be more pleased that he will be a part of our growing team here in Phoenix.  He has a wealth of experience across all asset types and has deep relationships with the institutional lenders including life companies, banks and pension funds,” Jeremy Womack, senior managing director & office head of HFF Phoenix, said in prepared remarks.

Miner holds 11 years of experience in commercial real estate finance under his belt, having served as vice president for the Debt & Equity Finance team at CBRE. During this time, he was involved in more than $4 billion of transactions. Prior to that, he was part of the Financial Analysis Team at Tokyo Star Bank in Tokyo, Japan and also worked for Wells Fargo Bank. The holder of an Arizona real estate license, he is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and a CCIM designee.
