HFF has selected Chris Dewey to join the firm as a managing director out of the company’s Atlanta office. Dewey brings more than 18 years of experience to his new role, where he will advise on hotel investment transactions in the Southeast.

Prior to signing on at HFF, Dewey worked as an executive vice president for JLL’s Hotels and Hospitality group. In that position, he focused on individual and portfolio hotel transactions throughout the Southeastern U.S. During his career, Dewey has closed more than $1 billion in hospitality property sales across a wide range of brands and asset types.

“We are delighted to have a dedicated hotel specialist in HFF’s Atlanta office,” Richard Reid, senior managing director & co-head of HFF’s Atlanta office, said in a prepared statement. “As with every office, it is our ultimate goal to build out all of our platform and product offerings.”
