Hill Country Galleria Completes Major Facelift

The $16 million renovation, which includes a new covered pavilion, is complemented by the addition of several new tenants.

The 1.3-million-square-foot lifestyle center Hill Country Galleria has completed a $16 million transformation. The multi-use complex, located at 12700 Hill Country Blvd. in Bee Cave, Texas, began renovations in 2016. The asset is owned by Invesco Real Estate through one of its separate account clients since 2014.

The recent facelift features landscaping upgrades, multiple shaded areas, new walkways and a new entertainment district named Central Plaza, spotlighting a grassy lawn, a new splash pad and additional outdoor seating. In addition to the revamp, Hill Country Galleria added new tenants over the past year, including H&M, Frost Gelato, Mana Culture, Adorn Boutique, RIDE Indoor Cycling, Premier Family Physicians, Restore Cryotherapy and Anthony’s Patio.

Hill Country Galleria  offers 713,000 square feet of retail, 285,000 square feet of Class A office space, 300,000 square feet of apartments, 100,000 square feet of residential condominiums and 50 acres of green space. It is anchored by Dillard’s, Barnes & Noble, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Cinemark and Whole Foods Market. The property is located at the major intersection of Bee Cave Road, Highway 620 and Highway 71, west of downtown Austin.
