Hines Welcomes New Tenant at Chandler Viridian

Oaktree Funding Corp. will relocate to its new office space by the second quarter of 2020.

Hines has signed a long-term lease with Oaktree Funding Corp. at its Offices at Chandler Viridian, a 252,418-square-foot office building in Chandler, Ariz. The firm will occupy the new space by the second quarter of 2020. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jerry Roberts and Pat Boyle arranged the leasing transaction on behalf of the landlord. 

Offices at Chandler Viridian sits on 8.3 acres at 3133 W. Frye Road, near freeways 101 and 102 and Interstate 10, which enable access to downtown Phoenix. The office building is located adjacent to retailers and hotels, including Target, Courtyard by Marriott and Hampton Inn & Suites.

Completed in 2019, the six-story office building features an open floorplan with 10-foot-tall ceilings, lounge and courtyard. The LEED Gold-certified building is leased to tenants such as Stantec, Workuity, as well as ClearChoice, which announced its 8,641-square-foot lease in June.

Hines developed the project in a joint venture with New York Life Real Estate Investors. The office property is part of the 25-acre Chandler Viridian master-planned development, which will feature hotel, residential and retail space.
